commission prices + TOS

I have the right to turn away any commission request for any reason, with or without explanation as to why.

Payment is expected in full up front and should be paid via PayPal unless discussed otherwise. I will not start work until I receive payment.

You may request cancelation if I have not started your piece yet. A 50% refund can be given after a sketch is sent to you, but once the lines or colors have been started, no kind of refund will be sent.

I will send progress pictures as I go. After I finish the sketch, after I finish lines and flat colors, and when the piece is completed. I can send more upon request.

Complex characters may cost extra. Should this happen, we will discuss details.

You can request the sketch to be redone 2 times for free, any after that is an additional $4-6 each. Any rejected sketches may be used for future commissions or personal work.

If you spot that I've made a mistake in the character design, let me know as soon as you see it! The sooner you say something, the better the chance I can fix it.

My shading style tends to be very pink. If you don't like it, please let me know before I start shading! I can use a different color.

I won't make changes to a piece once you've approved it for completion.

All pieces (except for scenes) come with a simple background, sparkles, white outline, and a very slight chrome effect on the lineart. if you'd like any of these to be left off let me know!

I do accept deadlines, ask for details. A rush fee may be applicable.

Your character(s) must have a clear unshaded reference photo or picture showing all markings.

I don't always work in chronological order of my queue, however the oldest commissions are given priority.

You are free to use your commissioned artwork on things as long as they are not sold for profit.

My signature and/or stamp are not to ever be removed, covered up, obstructed, et cetera.

I own the rights to every piece of artwork I produce, and unless discussed with the customer, have the right to use it in promotional or example work for my platform.

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in cancelation of your commission. No refunds will be given if I cancel your commission after a sketch is complete.
